Cooling Guidelines

STEP 1 
Remove wheatsack from bought plastic cover and place wheatsack in a plastic bag and pop into the freezer using the estimated cooling times (depending on size of wheatsack)

STEP 2 
Remove wheatsack from freezer and plastic bag then give it a shake

STEP 3 
Place wheatsack on top of clothing wherever you need to cool (if it is not cold enough - repeat steps 1 - 3)
